Our Pelvic Floors are such an important part of our Body. We need to take care of them, just as we do the other muscles in our body.

I’m feeling excited to be sharing the experience I had in healing my pelvic floor. I believe these are important conversations to have, so we can move through embarrassment and feel empowered to heal and reach out for help.

In this episode, I will be sharing how I healed my pelvic floor. I’ll also be guiding a Pelvic Floor breath meditation that will help you connect with and tone your pelvic floor and deep core muscles. This breathing exercise benefits everyone … not just those with PF issues.
